What are your processing times?

Our most current turnaround will be listed as a banner on top of the page. This will change due to volume of orders and/or holidays.  I do my best to get orders out as quickly as I can.  To help with the turnaround process, please be sure to double check all custom info and/or check your email for mock ups if needed and respond quickly.

What is UV ink and is it safe?

UV ink or Ultra Violet ink cures when exposed to the built-in UV light on the printer, creating ultra-durable, vibrant full-color imprints on almost any product.  UV ink after it has cured is safe to the touch.  

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

We handle every return individually so please contact us at Cooleyprintanddesign@gmail.com.  Please provide photos and details as to why you are unsatisfied.  We are a small business and do not offer return shipping at this time. Please keep this in mind in order to receive a full refund.

We also do not accept Return to Sender packages unless arranged beforehand. 

Can I make a change to my order?

Changes are accepted as long as your item has not already been processed with your order requests.  Please message us to ask if a change in your order is possible. 


 What happens if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake, please contact us within 5 days to Cooleyprintanddesign@gmail.com and provide a picture for a replacement or refund. We will file a claim to the post office and fix our mistake. If you have made a spelling mistake on an item that a mock up was not sent, we will gladly offer you a 20% discount to remake your item. Our goal is that you are satisfied 100%.
